• Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Allow chicken to approach to room temperature (approx. 30 minutes)
  • Place on rack in a roasting pan with 1 cup of water
  • Baste chicken with cream and salt or olive oil

How long do I cook my chicken for?

  • For a boneless rolled chicken allow approx. 30 – 35 minutes per kg
  • Cover with foil once skin is browned
