Method

  1. Place short ribs in the pressure cooker/slow cooker.
  2. Pour over master stock.
  3. Cook short ribs as follows:
    • Pressure cooker: High for ‘IO min
    • Slow cooker: 6 hours or until meat is tender
  4. Remove ribs from stock and allow to cool
  5. Preheat oven to I80 degrees celsius.
