• Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Allow turkey to come to room  temperature (approx. 30 minutes)
  • Place on rack in a roasting pan
  • Baste turkey with cream and salt flakes

How long do I cook my turducken for?

  • Allow 30-35 minutes per kg

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly

  • Insert a skewer into the turducken.  The juices should run clear with no sign of pink if cooked.  Allow your turducken to rest for at least 45 minutes  before carving.
