Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Allow turkey to come to room temperature (approx. 30 minutes)
  • Place on rack in a roasting pan
  • Baste turkey with cream and salt flakes

How long do I cook my turkey for?

  • For an un-stuffed turkey & turkey buffe allow approx. 25 minutes per kg
  • For a stuffed turkey allow 35 minutes per kg
  • For a boneless rolled turkey 25-30 minutes per kg

Oven temperatures vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly.
